Yes. It's a "mind reader" and it would be granted blind trust/authority by whoever relies on it like all other technology ("but NEAT says you want to kill yourself, Jerry."). I view this as a weapon, not a benevolent tool for helping veterans.
This could probably be more intuitive. Drawing walls is not click and drag. You simply click to create corners. Hopefully that is the issue you were running into!
