I love how they invent a border exception that is no where to be found in the constitution. Then they start sticking everything under that exception. So effectively the constitution doesn't apply if you're within 100 miles of a border.
I'm glad we passed that amendment to the constitution for this 100 mile no constitution zone... Oh wait.
So if the courts are ruling that within 100 miles of the border a constitutional protections of the individual do not apply does that also mean that the constitution itself as a document doesn't apply? Where does the border authority derive its power from or the courts derived their power from if the Constitution itself doesn't apply?
People's ideological interpretation of the Constitution seems to cut both ways for them, and no matter what your ideology is it will always be used against you. The false dichotomy of liberal versus conservative or Republican versus Democrat is the lie that we've accepted. It is the people versus tyranny and until more people begin to accept that this kind of stuff will continue to stand.
