I was given access to gpt4 with 8K context API within a few hours of requesting it. Maybe I got super lucky but my guess is something may have gone wrong with your request or the email notification. Have you tried using your API keys with gpt4 API requests? Maybe it already works? Best of luck, hope it gets resolved
