I know. I was trying to be snarky. I still have an AlphaServer that I boot up from time to time to relive the glory days. Alphas were too good to be allowed to continue. I understand that intel won in the marketplace and DEC did some pretty stupid things, but I would be happier if they won with products that weren't so crappy.
